At Cozmo, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We ensure a seamless process to help you find the comfort and style your space deserves.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your items and place them in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
